If a product becomes defective over time, it can be repaired. If the fault arises within the guarantee period and meets the guarantee conditions, we will repair it free of charge.

If the guarantee has lapsed, or if the issue is not covered by the terms of the guarantee, there will be a charge. The cost depends on the nature of the defect; the exact cost will be determined after assessment by our Customer Services Department. You need to complete the form below to register the repair.

There is always a chance that something may not go entirely as planned.

We advise informing us of your complaint by emailing in the first instance.

If that does not bring resolution, you can lodge your complaint with Stichting Webwinkelkeur for mediation.

As of 15 February 2016, consumers in the EU can also lodge complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. You can access the ODR platform via this link. If your complaint has not been dealt with elsewhere, you are free to raise your complaint via the European Union’s platform.
